This offer allows Althalia’s members to see a Board-Certified Physician from Althalia’s medical team or from a medical team belonging to its network of specialists and hospitals at any time and to get medical advice from anywhere in the world (excluding medical emergencies).

Temporary or permanent international mobility – expatriation

Imagine going on a trip with your family for 15 days to the beautiful islands in the archipelago of Japan. HOW TO HAVE A CONSULTATION
Once youve downloaded the free app, there are several easy ways you can connect and get your consultation session:
• Tap the consultation session link in an invitation you may have received
• Tap the consultation session link in an Instant Message or on a website
• Open the Altha Consult app, click "Join Session", enter the URL of the consultation session you want to attend and then connect as a registered user.

AUDIO
Youll automatically be connected to the audio in the consultation session and be able to hear your doctor via Voice over IP.

We highly recommend using a headset, such as the standard headset provided with your device, if you are going to broadcast audio. This will give everyone a much more pleasant experience.

If the host has enabled the dial-in option, you can dial into the session using your telephone. Note that as an iPhone user you may be required to re-join the meeting after you have dialed in since launching the phone app will close the Altha Consult session.
